Day five of our amazing new seasonal feature. We asked some of the greatest characters in the world of mountainbiking what they would like for Christmas. Creative whizz Nick Larsen – the brains behind the original Pashley TV series of bikes, Charge Bikes, Fabric components and he is also now the Global Head of Parts and Accessories for Cycling Sports Group (think GT, Cannondale, etc.) – gets all 1974 retro on us.
“I’d really, really like snow for Christmas please – as it’s a lot cleaner than mud. I’d also like to slow down and relax at Christmas. I’d like to be able to stop repeating myself. I’d also like to stop repeating myself. Oh and I’d quite like a 1974 Honda XL125 just standard please… none of that cafe racer bollocks.”
