A few weeks ago I attended my first Chromag show and shine. Ian from Chromag holds the event every year after one of the loonie races here. Its a chance for Chromag owners to come out and show their bikes off and have a few beers. I’d guess there were about 20 or 30 bikes there. Everybody fills out a little form about their bike and gives reasons why you should vote for their bike. Even after claiming that 88% of all Brazilians have a picture of my Chromag in their wallets I still didn’t win. Heres a few pics of some of the nicer bikes.
So the circus is officially here. Another Crankworx is upon us. There’s dudes with names on the backs of their jerseys everywhere. It all starts tomorrow with the dual slalom. I was up watching practice today and I think it will probably be the best racing event this week. The course is fresh and highly railable. From what I saw today I’m putting my money on JD Swanguen. He is shredding. Hopefully the rain holds off.
