I am so stoked to ride this trail! It is a berm to berm to road gap party! Come check it out.
The start. Left is the DH track and right is the Tobogan.
The machine is called a Spider or Araignée in French. It is basically a walking excavator and is the best to work with because it can tip toe around and make tasty singletrack or chest high berms.

Landing of the road gap into more berms. Hard to tell but the lip is maybe 5 or so meters off the deck and the landing is around 9 meters out. Stoked on this one. It is so smooth.
This photo shows the hip landing directly into the road gap. It sets you up with the perfect speed.

I am so happy with how this trail is turning out. The top section is finished down to the middle so everyone can come out and test it for themselves. Tomorrow, I have to find a solution to deal with the steepness of the lower mountain. I am not too worried because the machinist isn’t scared of the steeps but I am running out of time and the steeps require more dirt moving to keep the berm to berm vibe this trail has going for it. Come ride the Tobogan!
