just popped down for a days practise at sunny Mynydd du (if you can say that properly with out spitting, then fair do’s to ya) at the weekend any way, the Dragon track was in great shape, rough as a badgers armpit, with rocks and roots everywhere. Hats off to the guy on the 24″ singlespeed hardtail, he earned his stripes. Anyway, should be a cracker of a race there , on the 26th. Hopefully see you there.
