so we have been in california now for about 3 weeks. (probably the raddest thing ive seen was the dolphins, im on the beach and suddenly i see these fins, well i thought it was a shark but then they pop up again, curving out of the water, and 2 of them and they are dolphins, so close to the shore. i couldnt believe it but everyone seemed so unbothered by it. so i jumped in the sea and thats it, ive swum with dolphins, admittedly they were a few hundred yards away but bothered!)

anyway, we being me and the bros, baltic,stevie bell chief mechanic, stanny and donny and our trainer darren. quite a few of us really, don, stanny and darren are only staying 2 weeks, thank god. darren plays rocky theme tune and prodigy every effing morning and has us out on the beach doing circuits before breakfast….he says it helps burn fat tho so im all for it!

well this morning i managed to get out of it as the hangover from somewhere rotten had befallen me, after we had a sweet party at clay porters house for affys birthday….heck. it got messy, it was 80’s dress up, there were some outfits around i tell you! clay looked like rex kwando from napolean dynamite, gee and baltic were running the old skool leather jackets, sweat bands and glasses and i just had on the usual attire of nike leopard print boots and basketball top…good party tho, all clays mates took it to another level running the bald eagle tank tops and god bless america and all shit, i think it was more of a fancy dress! anyway it got messy and im still suffering so as i write this the boys are on the beach traning and im not.oh well.

so thats that, and i remember clay wrote on this very blog page the top 5 most british things, well the 5 most american things i can think of are:

Oversize kitchin roll….whats the point?
Oversize boobs on old haggards in the gym…again whats the point?
Oversize trucks….now these i see the point of. its like truck heaven over here. so rad, if only they wouldnt cost the earth to run in the uk the caddy would be replaced Instantly!

Friendly People…also i see the point in this. its so rad, just standing in a queue and people smile and talk whereas in england everyone is too depressed to speak.
Supercross….we are going to anaheim 3 at the weekend and i cant wait.Mark fitzsimmonds from fox is taking us, pit passes and all and he knows the BOYS, so thatll be rad. pretty gutted that bubba wont race, and even more gutted that i never got to see carmichael race, but im sure a mass go cart session afterwards will see us right….
