If there’s one full suspension frame that can get close to the kind of acceleration and nimbleness that you get with a hardtail, then this is it. It’s just blindingly fast. OK, so it does have only a smidgen over 80mm of travel, but it’s enough to save both your knees and wheels when you get a little too carried away. This frame isn’t about plush travel, it’s all about speed and only giving a helping hand when it’s absolutely necessary. As long as you’re not too tall this frame builds up into a stunning trail bike, but of course it’s also more than at home in the air.
