Just like the Idylle does, this fork undoubtedly offers a real performance step up when compared to other forks in its category. It’s not a fork for everyone though, if you’re looking for out and out comfort then go for a Marzocchi, but if you’re looking for a true racer’s fork then this is it. It just doesn’t waste a single drop of its 160mm of air sprung travel, staying unbelievably composed no matter how hard you thrash it.
It’s fair to say that if you’re not pinning it then this fork is probably overkill, but if you’re looking for that edge over the competition in enduro DH events then this is one of the best places to look, and with its simple to understand adjustments it doesn’t take long to get the most out of it.
