The Revelation has long been one of the best lightweight trail forks available, but this new 2010 120–150mm adjustable travel model has managed to increase stiffness, with a new lower and upper crown further improving the ride. On the trail this equates to better tracking and the new BlackBox damper inside handles the terrain with even more confidence. We’d plump for the added security and stiffness of the Maxle Lite QR axle every time. I dare not say that the RS Revelation is a revelation, but this is a very accomplished fork.
