Orange releases new ‘Formula’ spec models and new Ti hardtail

Happy Birthday lads!

Orange are throwing themselves a birthday party with a new, limited edition hardtail and a new spec level on the Alpine Six and Five.

First to catch our eye on their Bike Place stand were the black and gold Formula spec models that will sit above Factory specs on the Orange website. There’s Cane Creek suspension front and rear, a full Eagle drivetrain and top level finishing spec dripping off every tube. The frame is also anodised, not painted, with gold details. It’s a beaut.

Old farts might remember the original Formula spec models from back in the nieties, safe to say they’ve been done justice here:

A proper Throw Back Thursday to Steve Wade and one of the original Orange Formula Bikes in the early 90’s. Those bikes were individually built by Steve and Brian Marshall using the best components and materials available! Proper dream Bikes. #throwbackthursday #tbt #formulaorange #orangebikes #30years

Orange T7 hardtail

Orange have rustled up this hardcore, titanium beauty for the celebrations. Only 30 of these will be made (15 650b and 15 29ers) and word is that they’re already flying off the shelves fast. Take an oggle below:
