We like our gloves simple and uncluttered here at Dirt but find few that go the distance. These Driftec gloves from the Italian brand Dainese have made the grade and remain a favourite.
Even high priced gloves from established brands look good at first and may have an excellent fit but can soon start falling apart. There are only a few which fit well and hold up in the long term. Seams are often the first area to show a weakness but the thin fabric, which gives a great feel, can show wear after only a few gritty rides. The search for a good fitting and long lasting design is often an endless one it seems. We’ve found a good ‘un in these Dainese gloves though… and they’re a keeper.
