SRAM X0 TRAIL BRAKESWith trail bike riding getting faster than ever SRAM thought it was about time that they offered riders an extra helping hand in dealing with all that speed, and this new ‘Trail’ version of their X0 brakes is the result. The most notable change to the regular brakes is the addition of a dual–diameter 4–piston calliper, but the lever has also been tinkered with and it now has a proper bearing as the main pivot to help improve feel even further. Tool free reach and bite point adjusters are still present and the extra power only costs you an additional 25g when compared to the standard brake (which weighs 315g). Oh, and although exact pricing is yet to be confirmed you will have to shell out a bit more for these too.
