The CG Racing Brigade training camp at Maçanet de Cabrenys, Catalan, Spain gets off to a smokey start with a malfunctioning toaster as Cedric Gracia burns the breakfast on day one. Team mate Bryan Regnier soon douses the flames but forgets about the kettle boiling on the stove resulting in even more smoke and steam.
But as soon as the lads get out on the trails on their new Santa Cruz Tallboy LTC 29ers it’s all good again with fast flowing turns and chutes.
A one handed wheely with a triumphant pumping fist through a dairy (could be beef) herd at the finish validates our thoughts that the earlier firey breakfast incident was long forgotten and a good time was had by all.
