It’s pissing it down here at DirtHQ this Friday morning, we’re thinking about those poor sods at Glastonbury festival and wondering if Michael Jackson really is dead.
Here’s a few goodies that came through the DirtHQ doors today.
Foes 2:1 4X with Curnutt XTD shock.
We’ve kindly been given this frame from Guido Lasagna at Freeride.it on a long term test. Some of the guy’s in the office have hinted that it will be too similar to the Commencal 4X I’ve been ragging for the past couple of years. To answer that we are going to test them head to head at some point with a couple of other 4X steeds.
Aside form the obvious 4X intentions these bikes are hooligan trail machines built to be ridden hard. In the Foes 2:1 4X we have a little bit of American exotica, beautifully handcrafted and with the promise of being the most controlled 4” of suspension of any 4” travel bike.
Can’t wait to get this built.
Jonny 4cross.
We’ve been using the standard VholdR for a while now and are quite happy with it’s performance. We’re now even happier that Albert from Madison has sent us the new HD Contour for a test. The new version can record in HD (1280 x 720) 30fps with a 135 Degree (HD) lens or in SD (848 x 480) 60fps with a 90 degree lens all with a 5 Mega-pixel CMOS Sensor.
I did a quick video test in the office on Mpora.
Keith from Transition Bikes UK sent over a few goodies, seat , stem and chain ring that I’ll wap onto my Transition Double.
