Saturday night in the Pohorje hills outside Maribor and every one is settling down for a quiet night ahead of the battle tomorrow. Most are eating at the restaurant at the bottom of the track where a giant pizza costs just 5 euros although it takes 2 hours to get made. Talk round the pits is of a winning time in the 2:40’s, the track is dry as a bone and running really fast.
