Ice Bike is a trade show organised by Madison who are the importers of a wide range of bike parts. It’s held at their enormous distribution centre in Milton Keynes.

One of the reasons for going was to see the unveiling of the new Commencal Supreme Racing DH that the Athertons will be riding this year. They each have slightly seperate geometries for their different riding styles.

Another interesting bike was the fluescent orange Absolute hardtail, which they will be using for street riding.

Sadly the buffet was nearly empty by the time we arrived but I did manage a cheese toastie.

I had a quick scoot around the warehouse which was massive and crammed with stuff, one lucky lad did win a one minute trolley dash round the aisles.

We all then went to the UK’s biggest curry house, the Jaipur, which was also massive although nobody did a trolley dash, a few people got off their trolleys.
