Ben Reid has announced he is starting his own team. Not Just William, Just Jack or Just Do It but..Just Reid. The website will be live and kicking in a weeks time.

Irelands greatest export since Guinness and Victor Lucas, Ben Reid has decided to lift his profile up a level by starting his own team.

Although 2008 is going to be just Ben riding for Just Reid the plan is to introduce other riders into the team in 2009 and beyond. Many of the brands that have supported Ben over the last 3 years have pledged there support to this exciting venture. Ben would like to extend his thanks to all of them for making this possible.

Frame will be supplied by Iron Horse with shock and forks from Fox, perfect combo many would say.

Tyres will be the World Cup riders choice Maxxis and these will wrap tightly around a shiny set of Sunn rims.

Shimano will keep Ben shifting and braking late into every corner with Aztec rotors helping the cause. Bars, stem and seat will be supplied by Sunline, with Gamut yet again keeping the chain on when things get a bit rough.

Think Thor, think Ben in his distinctive race kit. This will now be complimented by the new Giro helmet and goggles with six six one keeping him safe when things don’t go to plan although that does not happen often. 2008 is a very exciting time for Ben, with the launch of Just Reid and a new website dedicated to all the gossip and results from Ben’ s season. www.benreidracing.com
