Having a bit of a pro fest here at the moment, last week the Australian squad was here. Thursday and Friday the GB youth squad of Chris ‘hot chickens’ Hutchinson, Joe smith and Ruari Cunningham were here. The young guns were doing a bit of training with Chris Ball using GPS’s, freelap timers and a video camera, all very serious looking! Then, in the avo they got cat suited up for some timed runs.

It was very funny watching them having to get pulled into the suit by Helen Mortimer (GB team manager)

Ruari was enjoying the suit a bit too much and spent far too long looking at a reflection of his arse.

Cracked open the new natural section for the boys to ride and Hot chickens tried a line and ate shit in a comedy fashion, which I managed to capture on video! (sorry chris)

This week a few more of the squad rocked up including Tracey Mosley, Helen Gaskell, Marc and Scott Beaumont. All looking fast . The XC squad was here at the weekend getting their lines dialled.

Right need to go get a trailer might try take a day off tomorrow cos I don’t think I will get one for a while and Im going to see the red hot chilli peppers tomorrow night in Glasgow
