Hope is renowned for their hubs – manufacturing and testing here in the UK results in superb performance along with unrivalled spares back up and easy switching of axle standards. With proven longevity and excellent sealing from the harshest weather, these hubs will outlast most of those fitted as standard to all but the highest priced bikes.
‘Fast rolling hubs, an up-to-date rim and a quality build add up to a class act’
As standard kit on Adam Brayton’s Scott Gambler, these wheels have had plenty of Hope’s development time and testing – as with all their products. They’ve designed their own 6061 aluminium downhill rim (along with a very dependable enduro option) that is available in both 27.5” and yes, a 26” size. Triple cavity construction and tubeless compatible, these rims have a 28mm wide internal width making them ideal for 2.3”-2.5” tyres. Eyeleted for additional strength and reliability, they are laced with 32 straight pull or J-bend Sapim spokes to Hope’s dependable Pro 4 hubs, available in six colour options.
