Take no notice of the ‘Slopestyle’ branding because this bike is definitely one for the Megavalanche boys who are intent on giving their machinery a right hiding. The Intense is one of the few bikes to provide Alpine ability yet in a lightweight build. Think World Cup downhill bike but much, much quicker
along the flats. Ironically it’s a non–specialist bike that is best suited to pretty much everything, from squaring up to a local downhill jump spot to getting absolutely lost in the mountains. 135 or 150mm rear
