Matt Hoffman and the Lars Ligament
Matt Hoffman has probably broken more bones than you have intact but this is taking hard as nails to a new level. It’s a pretty interesting film with animation from BMX legend Taj Mihelich. Basically Matt needed surgery to get back on his bike back in 1999 and the only way to do it was pay a surgeon in cash, do it in a hotel room and have his knee sliced, diced and operated on with only a small local anaesthetic! Pretty mad stuff and well worth a watch, that is if you can manage a bit of animated gore!?
