Despite being six years old, Life Cycles remains one of the most visually impressive mountain bike films in history. If there’s one segment that sticks out it was the wheat field dirt jumps with Semenuk and McCaul as they rose like dolphins above a crop-filled sea.
Clearly the scene had a big impact on Martin Soderstom who created his own tribute to it here with Dawid Godziek. Not only is it shot amazingly, but there are two world’s first tricks – a 360 tailwhip catch tail whip and a 360 nohander to tail whip.
