Is this the point we can say the World Cup season has officially started? We reckon so!
Claudio Caluori and Laurie Greenland headed up to the top of a snowy Pic du Jer for a track preview of the Lourdes monster. Although skis would have been better for the start gate, it cleared further down, that didn’t stop the wet limestone from being a slippery nightmare.
Tomorrow riders take to the course in anger and timed training will give us our first indication of who’s looking fast. Stay tuned for more action tomorrow!
