Best Trails: TIgnes (French Alps) is hot on the case this year and have really embraced biking in a manner that no other resort has. Fact. For Tignes we are able to offer a the FREE liftpass and free activities like sailing, kayaking. Try the bike jump (into the lake!) and runs like the famous “Gun Powder run” and “Jump Around”. Or visit the free Bike Park, dedicated Enduro and Freeride courses. Again all lifts are free saving you u to 100 euros. Not as much terrain as Morzine and Les Gets but LESS BUSY and very good quality.
Les Gets and Morzine (French Alps) still a firm fave with 1000kms+ of terrain. Try the excellent “Grand Pre” loop for those that like to mix up their DH with Singletrack, or the good old Avalanche Cup Downhill – Les Gets side is best. Target is 8-9 mins down.
Vassiliki, Greece. Now in our 2nd year, we offer bike holidays to the pretty island of Lefkada from our beach club hotel. Lefkada is unique in that it is an island with mountains and thus great biking. We also offer Guiding, rides start early am and pm with watersports and sunbathing/relaxing in between. All watersports (with RYA tuition) is free and bike hire is completely free with our package. Riding is Single track and Fire road, easy trails and coastal rides, also pine forest and serious F/ride and Downhill.
