Elliott Heap has won his first ever World Cup junior qualifying in Leogang. It’s the first time a second year junior has topped qualifying since Lourdes and is a big step for the Chain Reaction Paypal rider.
Second and third went to Frenchmen Sylvain Cougoureux and Gaetan Vige with Matt Walker fourth and Nikolas Nestoroff rounding out the top five. Finn Iles had an uncharacteristically low result of sixth, we’ll let you know what happened there as soon as possible.
