Thursday World Cup weather Update

Thursday Bromont World Cup Weather Forecast.

We had a big storm over Bromont last night, thunder/lightning and a lot of rain. The rain stopped about 7.00am this morning and the big yellow orb came out to heat things up. (I’ll nip up the track now and update you on the state of play, stay tuned)

This is me in my car last night.

The internet is really bad in parts of Bromont, our digs (read-hippy retreat) are in the middle of a forest and the wifi is sketchy at best. Last night at 21.30pm it cut out completely so I drove for 30minutes round Bromont trying to find some Wifi to poach.
I found some outside a well known sandwich shop, parked up and began uploading my Day One Video.
The internet said my 35Mb video would take 121minutes to upload, the battery on the laptop said it had just 100minutes left and the owner of the sandwich shop said if I didn’t move in 10minutes he would call the police.
This would be tricky.
The battery lasted, the video uploaded and the cops were quite understanding.

Bernard Kerr wasn’t taking any chances with the weather this morning and was running full (uncut) wellington boots.

Steve Bob Peat in full white trash mode.

The rules of 4x, incase you didn’t already know.
