Gary Perkin and Victor Lucas have surpassed themselves with six sensational sizzling shots from this lovely French hillside.
The man, the legend, the father of two Steve Peat of Santa Cruz Syndicate showed them who is the boss today. Old Skool is the only school and he’s the f*cking headmaster!

The sun shone, the blooms bloomed and riders raced! What more can you want from a great day in the mountains! La Bresse sure is putting on a great show for the crowds today… and this was ‘only’ qualifying! Who knows what the weather will bring tomorrow – it is already cooling down and clouding over here!

despite pushing the limits of traction and beyond in the last practice session before qualies. Best get them out of the way early!

Big crowds for qualifying. Maybe when the World Cup comes to town for the first time, everybody wants to see what’s going on. Or maybe it was the sunshine and beer tents that brought people out.

Wyn Masters broke something in his hand yesterday. But as he says, ‘when you have to pay your own way, then you race no matter what.’ With his fingers taped to the bar he only managed one run today and just missed qualifying by 4 places and less than .2sec. Better luck next time.
