Without being too polite about things, it pissed it down with rain last night giving the Mont Sainte Anne a good hosing.
The rain has stopped now and local forecasts predict “showers” of “1mm”. That sounds like a very brief shower to me, not even time for a shampoo and rinse.
If any rain or showers do come later it could mean a good position for early starter Shaun Palmer, 5th off at 14.04pm local time. Josh Bryceland leads off the top ten at 15.23pm with number one qualifier Sam Hill leaving the start hut at 15.50pm local time.
The view up the hill at Mont Sainte Anne at 9.00am Saturday morning.
1mm of rain today, looks good.
Just spotted a new forecast for Beauport, just down the road, which looks a bit more positive.
