At 03.30am there I was awoken by a bright flash followed by a loud bang. My laptop had final exploded. No, the laptop was okay, but there was thunder and lightning outside with heavy rain.
The rain has stopped now, the skies are grey and overcast, forecasts are predicting more rain today.
Practise for all started this morning at 08.30 local time with the top 80 probably staying in bed a bit longer.
