Wednesday here in Bromont, Quebec.
Weather is holding up nicely, track is looking immense and is open for walking today. DirtTV track walk and Day 1 videos will be online tomorrow.
In the meantime here’s a retrospective of last years race which Sam Hill won by over 2seconds from Greg Minnaar and Steve Peat.
Marc Beaumont had a great result in 5th, can he repeat that form?

2008 Bromont World Cup Helmet Cam
Wednesday and the weather is hot and sunny, no thunderstorms last night, if it stays like this the weekend will be great.
You don’t need to go Go-carting when you’ve got drifty dirt roads like this in Bromont, but we went anyway.
Upfront were The Gaziosi Gamut Gang and Thundertruck Ben Reid, and mechanic Ali, closely followed by Victor The Tarmac Avenger Lucas and John Sideways Lawlor, bringing up the back of the pack was JamCar Billy Trailmix.
A look back at the 2008 race in Bromont. Hill won, Minnaar second and Peaty was third one year ago.
