Alex Hazle sent over some winter digging news from ‘Nam, that’s Cheltenham.
Cheltenham and County Cycling Club have been building trails on local farmland for the last year and a half. As autumn turns to winter and the undergrowth dies down we are taking advantage of the excellent digging conditions to make the venue something special for next year.
There are 2 tracks being developed, a classic short DH track and a freeride trail. The DH track should be just over a minute and a half with lots of berms, drops and jumps.
The freeride trail includes ladder drops, bridge jumps and plenty of berms. Our regular dig sessions usually run fortnightly with a little riding after.
