Enduro races and series seem to be popping up all over the place and now you can race one in the dark! Naked Racing are putting on a night enduro at Llandegla on the 1st of February so get your batteries charged and you water proofs ready!
After they brought us Mini Downhill and the Mini Enduro Series their latest format will be a new test for all taking part. The format is a simple one, ride the stages during the day to work them out then hit them at night for timed runs. We reckon that sticking a light on your helmet might be a good idea so you can see round corners before committing but maybe you lot have other ideas?
The stages will be released before the night of racing and you will be able to access the mapped stages to work out where to pin it and where to hold back in the luxury of daylight before it all goes dark and race heads are put on. The whole lap of racing includes three timed stages and will be over 14 miles in total so including a practice lap you will be in for a 30 mile day.
There are a whole bunch of categories and there might even be a hardtail category if there is enough demand, more details can be found on the Naked Racing site here and entry is just shy of £34.
