The European champs went to Kranjska Gora at the weekend. Nick Beer took the men’s win and Floriane Pugin took it for the women.

Nick Beer brought the gold back to Switzerland’s downhill scene! He won the European Championships in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, in front of the two french riders Aurelien Giordanengo and Remi Thirion.
Nick was able to stay cool even after a crash in the seeding run, and beat his competition by 4.8 seconds!
Also, Emilie Siegenthaler had a good result on 5th position and Robin Hagen placed 10th at the Juniors.
Scott 11 is now heading to Maribor, Slovenia, to attack the downhill scene at the next world cup.
