For those of you not heading over to Portugal for Maxxis Cup madness, there are a couple of local races on this weekend that would certainly be worth a butcher’s.

First off we have round one of the Taff Buggy Race Series. Practice is on Saturday with race runs Sunday. Online entry is open until Friday with limited, on the day entries on Sunday. Get all the details here

Next up, and this is a biggy for all those riders in the South East gagging for some Aston Hill racing, this Sunday will host the much anticipated Black Run Race. This track has undergone some tasty modifications since Aston Hill reopened last year, with tight switchbacks, twisted roots and a sweet little drop at the end, it’s not the longest track in the world, but it’s a hell of a lot of fun.
