Who was the last french racer to win on home turf?

Reigning World Champion Loic Bruni seeks his first senior world cup race win today on home soil but its been eighteen years since this last happened, Christian Taillefer winning in the muddy Les Gets in 1998. Of course a Frenchman has won on home turf in more recent times – Barel also Les Gets in 2004 World Championships, he was also one of the last male French riders to win a world cup – Maribor 09 although Remi Thirion blitzing of Andorra in 2013 was the most recent.
