Got a little La Bresse update for you from Dirt work experience honcho Ben Winder.
Here’s where La Bresse is:
I wanged this bit of French from the website into a translator and this is what it said “The cyclists will race on a rather flat terrain to start with. But as soon as they get to the Calvary, they will be diving into La Bresse through several extremely spectacular paths especially when they reach the Sacred Heart or “ les Roches de la Clairie” (the rocky part of the race).”
The track is 1.2 KM long it starts at 930m and ends at 630m above sea level.
Here is the weather for the weekend and working up to it.
This weather report shows that the grassy top section of the track could be a quagmire-pedalfest-nightmare if it pisses it down but it shouldn’t affect the bottom sections too much.
Here we have some track maps.
