Enduro2 announces second venue for 2017

Twice the fun for Enduro2

Looks like there’s going to be twice as much fun in the continent next year as Enduro2 picks up a second venue for 2017.

The event will return to the Les Arcs resort as usual in July but, due to phenomenal demand, this will be followed by a second event in Davos in late September.

For those unfamiliar with Enduro2, you enter as a team of two and blind race each stage together, with your time taken form whichever of you finishes second. It’s basically a more sociable way to race and less of a hardcore challenge than something like the Trans-Savoie.

We’ve never been to Davos, but after we realised it wasn’t a Dr Who villain, we looked it up on Google maps and saw some very pretty dirt wiggles. The schmaltzy promo video (below) describes it as a singletrack paradise too, so it seems perfect for the Enduro2 vibe.

So, how do you get involved? Registration for Les Arcs opens at 18:00 GMT on 1st December. Full details and registration for the Davos event open in a month’s time on 1st January 2017 at 18:00 GMT, but the first 50 riders can guarantee themselves an entry and also receive a substantial discount by signing up for both events simultaneously when submitting a registration for the Les Arcs event.

Entry price is £325 per team for either Les Arcs or Davos or £549 for the double entry to both events.

On-site hotel options, a campervan pitch for the weekend, and airport transfers can be booked separately at promotional prices with a confirmed entry.
