The Enduro des Nations is a bit like the mountain bike equivalent to the MX Des Nations, basically the race is open to teams of three riders from around the globe. The French usually win it despite a strong challenge from Team Wales last year (Rowan, Ralph and Zeb ,who’s coat is that jacket?) but this year the US have entered a team which includes Mark Weir and Brian Lopes. (We’ve yet to hear who’ll be stepping up for Team Wales)

The event takes place in Vars, France on the 25th/26th July. Stay tuned for more coverage.

There is also an Enduro Series which is open to all kinds of riders. For stage 2, Fabien Barel- Subaru Mondraker will compete in the Tribe 10000 in Allos.
and will compete against the other Enduro Specialists: Clementz, Balaud, Giordanengo or Golay.
