It’s deadline time here at the Dirt office. Dirt 78 is due off to the printers any second now.

What that means is alot of late nights and take away meals. You’ve heard of the phrase Al Fresco, eating out doors, possibly even Al Desco, eating at your desk. But have you heard of Al Carpeto? That’s eating a chicken and prawn Biryani off the floor picnic style in the office.

This was the scene at 10.30pm last night as Big Mike, Jonny Four-Cross and me tucked into an Indian take away on the floor at Dirt central.
