Bad news for Dan “Affy” Atherton as he took a hard slam during downhill practise this morning. I just spoke to his mechanic Stevie Bell who told me “it’s a suspected broken collar bone”.
Affy is currently being looked after in the local A+E. This a a big blow to the GB squad as Affy has been on super hot form recently and a hot favourite for the 4x win.

On a lighter note Peaty celebrated his Birthday today, 34 years of living the good life and he’s not slowing down either, Doug fills out the paperwork for the speeding fines he picked up leaving Ft bill A week ago.
