We’ve just received these shots from the third round of the NPS at Fort Bill, courtesy of Ian Linton. Cathro took the win ahead of Joe Barnes and Dan Stanbridge, but the talk of the day was all about Manon Carpenter who destroyed the elite women’s field by a massive six seconds, despite riding in the Women category. Not bad for a 15 year old. It’s worth mentioning Harry Heath too, nailing the fifth fastest time of the day. The future of British downhill is looking good.
Here’s the top five from the day:
1 Ben CATHRO 4:50.
2 Joe BARNES 4:51.565
3 Dan STANBRIDGE 4:52.402
4 Tom DEACON 4:53.607
5 Harry HEATH 4:56.405
