Tom Laws sent over some old photos of him and his mate Chris Barnard sending a few big drops in an old quarry in Somerset.

Unfortunately Tom’s photo of him doing drops is too fuzzy but the one’s of Chris give you an idea of what went on in Somerset back then (and is probably going on right now too!).

Tom says:

“While searching for something else on an old harddrive I came across these classic snaps. The kiddie with the long hair is Chris Barnard, now a Whistler local and global adventurer sending it off some mighty gaps in “MBUK’s Secret Testing Quarry” in Somerset on his trusty Balfa. The spotty oik on the sketchy hardtail is me – now a respectable pillar of the community (ha!) dropping some equally sketchy bits of cliff out the back of the set of Hot Fuzz, again in the shire. These pics must be at least 6 or 7 years old now, but they are well worth a backyard rampage I reckon…”
