The Atherton’s have managed to squeeze in two further dates this summer for the ever-popular Atherton Training Days, which see siblings Dan (27), Gee (24) and Rachel (21) offer up their World Championship-winning formulas to anyone who wants to brush up on their downhill skills.
The Fundamental and Race Clinic courses will take place at the award winning mountain bike centre in Llandeglla, North Wales on the 8th and 9th August 2009.
Aimed at all riding abilities, the Fundamentals day will focus on general bike handling skills covering a wide variety of topics including cornering, riding roots, body position and jumping.
The Race Clinic looks closely at those wanting to improve their race craft, whether it be bike set up, pre race preparation or handling skills.
