Up until the end of 2007, US based frame builders Astrix have been imported by RHUK. Those who compete in UK DH races will be familiar with the white Havoc frames run by the Astrix team riders. The past range has included frames only from Astrix’s US designed global range, but as we know, riding conditions in the US and UK are far from similar. To this end, a new UK frame manufacturer has formed – Astrix Europe.
Astrix Europe will produce a UK specific range. For the last two years Astrix team riders in the UK have played a key role in the development of the new frames.
Conceived and perfected in harsh UK conditions, the new UK bred European range will start with 3 frame models.
Havoc R – 8.5″ DH race
Domino – 5.5″ travel ripper
Union – the big boys BMX.
Astrix Europe team will continue to play a pivotal R&D role in 2008, representing at NPS, Maxxis and World Cup events. Riders include:

The new frames will feature cutting edge technology as standard, including 1.5″ headtubes and Maxle rear axles. The bikes are specifically designed with UK and European riders in mind.
