Tracy Moseley heading out for day one.

The spectators where amazing, it was great to see how many people made their way up on to the stages.

Francois Bailly-Maitre on top of stage one.

Fabien Barel going for third close behind Vouilloz.

Even though the pressure was on Richie Rude he started day one with a win.

After a good start on one Anneke Beerten had a big crash on stage two making her lose more than a minute and putting her back in 10th at the end of the day.

After his podium in Whistler Yoann Barelli seems to be on it here in Ainsa as well. Second on stage two.

On the longest stage of the day you could possibly make up some time so many riders pushed hard. That didn´t go too well for Florian Nicolai and Fabien Barel who both went down losing valuable time to a flawless Richie Rude.

Cecil Ravanel lost another ten seconds on Moseley on stage three but scored another win on four.

After bone dry conditions all week the last 30 riders had to ride in the wet.

Jared Graves getting third on stage three after the rain had it made a bit tricky for the riders.

Nicolas Vouilloz ending the day with another second place and third overall.

Richie Rude has already got his junior downhill rainbow stripes, the sky over Ainsa after stage four looked like a sign that a second World Championship title is waiting for him.
