Run to the Hills: Dirt Norco Team Intro

Powered by XS Power Drink Run to the Hills get’s underway today with riders from all over the country setting off on a week long trip that will see them ride all over the UK. The teams will congregate at Dirt HQ in Monmouth on Friday before their team photographer presents the slideshow documenting the week on Saturday night.

With all the other teams from DMR, Hotlines and Saracen already announced it’s time to show you the final team. Due to some untimely injuries and clashing events the Dudes of Hazzard had to pull out but fear not! it’s our very own Dirt Norco Team that stepped up to the plate and the guys will be taking the team bus all over Ireland and Wales this week.

Ben Reid | Greg Callaghan | Glyn O’Brien | Jordan Scott

Film and photo duties will be taken care of by Bradley Dove Dixon with Ben Winder stepping up and taking on the task of shooting these guys all week.

Being based in Ireland the guys will be hitting some pretty varied spots across the water before winding down through Wales for the end of the week when they arrive at Dirt HQ. Ben Reid didn’t want to give too much away but there looks to be a whole load of different bikes being packed into the big bus.

Many and varied weapons going into the Dirt Norco bus.

You will need to keep up with this lot for sure so hit them up on the wonder that is Twitter.

Greg Callaghan – @mtbgc

Glyn O’Brien – @FirstTracksMTB

Jordan Scott – @JordanScott670

Ben Reid and Greg Callaghan will be representing their disciplines of downhill and Enduro with the additon of Glyn O’Brien and Jordan Scott things could get interesting. Glyn has been around for a long time on the Irish bike scene and has landed some pretty impressive results in his time. 3rd at Red Bull Rampage in 2003 stands out as does National Irish DH Champion amongst a host of other decent results. Then their is Jordan Scott, well, lets just say he holds roundabouts as close to his heart as RatBoy Bryce and he is pretty handy on a motor bike, could that maybe inspire the team to get in some petrol powered fun?

Here are a few videos of the team to keep you entertained:
