Rachel Atherton was the only one able to challenge Emmeline Ragot today with the rest of the field about ten seconds off. Up on the first split she lost time in the middle and ended upwith yet another second place at the Fort.
Joe Smith on a stormer to 7th today. Team mate Matt Simmonds wasn´t far off either in 9th making it two riders in the top ten for the CRC boy´s this weekend.
Not the best day for Greg Minnaar. One spot of the podium wasn´t the result he was looking for and gives Gwin the chance to pull away in the overall.
After qualifying the pressure was on Aaron Gwin to put down a fast time and he delivered. Another win for Gwin. Fort William – Check!
With the rain and everybody riding dry tyres the woods became a key section for finals today. Josh Bryceland did everything right scoring a podium spot with 5th.
Danny MacAskill turned up his Olympic torch for Fort William finals to make some noise.

Emmeline Ragot came down early and was so fast on her race run, that I totally missed her. So she will keep her number one plate for Mont Sainte Anne after her first win here in Fort William.
