Last week on the Turbo trainer when I had the Red Mist Play List till she would go no louder, Maybe old Wesley wasn’t into Bring Your Daughter To The Slaughter by Iron Maiden!

07 Irish Champs, but Dan and Gee where there so I didn’t really win.

That Maxxis Cup the other week, I’ve torn ligaments in my ankle.

I bought a CR85 a few months back, the plan is to put a 250F in her. I didn’t need that but the fun that will be had!

Over a cup a scruff at O’Brien’s house last week, What’s a penguins favourite Ant? Antarctica! Mega!

It’s been a while but I’d say it was probably on a wheelbarrow last winter.

A while back me and Skinny were heading out on the MX Bikes, I have an ol’ scraper of a van for running about in and shed been over due a wheel bearing for a while. With the extra weight of the trailer the bearing collapsed and rear left wheel came past us up the motor way.

You saw something that made you go “Holy Shit!”
You see some weird shit when in the US but for me this one tops the lot. We were sat in Huntington Beach having some lunch and this big yellow bus comes past with a dog sat in every seat heads out the windows, and flat-out on a PA played Who Let The Dogs Out. Was it a dogs day out I do know but I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Just the other day actually, been working on some stuff near by.

I’m pretty happy listing to the Red Mist Play List I’ve made on the ipod for training purposes! With the likes of Shot Down In Flames by AC/DC and some other bad as tunes.

I stole a butter from the coffee shop, I though you’ve just bought a scone from them and they shouldn’t be charging for some butter on top of that. I’m A Bad Ass!

There’s two old lady’s that get the Bus into town, if I see ’em standing at the stop I’ll give ’em both a lift.

There hasn’t been any initiations for a while, I think Sven Martin might have been the last. It was a Scottish race in Fort William last year.
