Cockpit: SYNCROS BULK BARS

Syncros have been making quality hardcore products since many of you were in nappies, but these bars of theirs made the list because we love the shape of them and they’re an absolute bargain. Both the carbon and aluminium ones measure up exactly the same at 690mm wide with 20mm of rise and 9° of sweep, but the carbon ones weigh in at a featherweight 190g compared to 265g for the aluminium ones. With the carbon ones being so light we haven’t trusted fitting them to our downhill bikes, but any pairs that have turned up have been instantly put on our other bikes. We’d trust the double butted aluminium bars on any bike though. Anyway, they’re both a bargain.
