Cockpit: GRAVIT DROPPER SEAT POST

On the fly adjustable seatposts have been gaining popularity thanks to events like the Megavalanche where they’re worth their weight in gold, but depending on your riding style they can be perfect for everyday use. Anyway, out of all of them the Gravity Dropper is our favourite at the moment for a number of reasons. The most important one being that it’s been the most reliable one we’ve used, but it also has a useful 4” of adjustment and it doesn’t weigh too much. They offer three different models; the Descender with its post mounted release lever, and then two remote versions. The Classic is probably our favourite despite having to do some funny things to get it to go up and down (you soon get used to it), it just has better cable routing and is that bit cheaper. If you really feel the need for instant release then go for the Turbo version (pictured), but any of them have the potential to change the way you ride.
