BELL FULL-9
Step into 21st century helmet design with Bell; this Full-9 lid is packed with every feature conceivable and more…First things first though, lets talk history: Bell have been making quality bike helmets for a long time now, probably longer than anyone else in-fact (established in 1954), and their Moto-9 MX helmet is widely regarded as one of the best and most advanced available.
Many BMX vert riders have used the Moto-9 for ramp riding, but there was always a need for something lighter and a helmet that would also bring Bell up to the forefront of mountain biking. The Full-9 does just that with its lightweight carbon shell, its long list of safety features, and the assuring signature of downhill’s current fastest man, Aaron Gwin, to further clarify the helmet’s worth. Then there’s a host of slightly less practical but all-the-more interesting features including: built in (but removable) Go Pro and Contour camera mounts, ‘Soundtrax’ – Bell’s built in speaker pockets with designated cable routing for those who like to groove as they move, and a clever and functional ‘Overbrow’ ventilation system.
The whole package is rounded off by great styling, reminiscent of the Moto-9 and it’s easily one of the best looking helmet options for 2013.
